Workout for a double chin



Many people have a problem with loose skin and double chins, these exercises will help tone and lift the chin area and help bring back that youthful look.

• A great exercise it to sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed and then start a chewing movement. You will feel the muscles working in your neck and throat area - and will be truly amazed at the results. Repeat 20 times.

• Sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Start puckering your lips together in a kiss and stretch the kiss, as if you were trying to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips puckered for 10 counts, then relax, bring your head back to normal and repeat 5 times.

• Sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Open your lips and stick your tongue out as if you were trying to touch your chin with the tips of your tongue. Keep your tongue out in this position for 10 counts, and return your tongue and head to its normal position.

• Sit upright, in a chair tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed, start a chewing motion as if you're chewing gum. You will fill the muscles working in your neck and throat area. The results are fantastic. Repeat this exercise 20 times.

• This exercise will help alleviate sagging jowls and firm and contour the sides of your face. You use this muscle to clench your teeth, close your jaws and assist when chewing your food. This wide, broad muscle consists of one deep muscle and one superficial muscle.

• Sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Next move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible and keep it there for a count of 5. Relax and repeat 5 times.

• Lie on your bed, with your head hanging down over the edge. Slowly bring your head up towards your torso and keep it there for 10 counts. Relax and lower your head towards the floor again - repeat 5 times.

• Sit upright and face forward and while keeping your lips together, separate your teeth by dropping your jaw and then push your jaw forward, keep for a count of 10, bring back to starting position and repeat 5 times.

Don't Worry, Be Happy!



Living your life happily, resiliently, and optimistically is wonderful, but it's also essential to your health. Being a happy person actually protects you from stress linked to such top killers as heart attacks and strokes, and thus helps you live longer and better. 

Income, social status, skin colour, or health has nothing to do with real happiness. According to recent research, it has more to do with the ability to deal with the devastating blows that life deals, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, etc.

How does one become a content and optimistic person? It's up to you to reach your potential–when situations arise that anger or frightens you or brings on negative feelings, examine your reaction. You can actually train yourself to see the brighter side of a situation and deal with it more effectively and healthfully.

One of the smartest things ever said is that only one thing in life will always remain the same: change. Whether you're in an intolerable situation or even a euphoric one, things always change. Truly acknowledging this will help you cope during times of difficult personal trials.

Social networks are imperative to happiness. Accept people for who they are, avoid constant arguments, and let go of resentments. I don't mean that you should lie down and be a doormat, but rather make an effort to get along with others and try to understand their point of view. This small change can make an enormous difference in the way people treat you and the way you feel about both them and yourself.

A religious connection can provide you with a sense of belonging, support, and purpose. Being part of a dedicated group, with its singing, chanting, and meditation fosters joy and peace.

Gain a sense of power and take control of yourself and your thoughts. Therapy can help people harness a sense of control over themselves and their lives. Don't limit yourself to being a robot performing the perfunctory duties of wife, mother, and employee. But rather, empower and train yourself, and you will not only be happy and optimistic, but you will also be a better person to those who surround you. You are responsible to yourself to live your life to the fullest of your potential.

What is in a name?

If Mary, Susan, Claire and Barbara go out for lunch, they will call each other Mary, Susan, Claire and Barbara.

If John, Brad, Tony and Daniel go out, they will affectionately refer to each other as Bruno, Scrappy, Peanut-Head and Godzilla.

Eating Out

When the bill arrives, John, Brad, Tony and Daniel will each throw in $20, even though the total is only $34.25. None of them will have any smaller bills and none will admit they want change back.

All about Mini Skirts



Why are miniskirts sexy? What makes men like seeing women’s legs? Nobody knows, not even men who just love it!

The matter of the fact is that so many women want to be irresistible to the attention of men.  But, another fact is miniskirts look best on younger women.

However, it's easy to modify the look for any age: just go a few inches above the knee for an updated look that's still quite flattering and wearable.

A good rule is that a miniskirt should never be wider than it is short. Remember that everything - getting into a cab, picking up that lucky penny you stumble upon in the parking lot, sitting on a stool - is a challenge in a mini.

What to wear with a miniskirt?

·         Boots - The hands-down winner for a miniskirt is a pair of boots. Lengths range from ankle-length to mid-calf to knee-high. Tall boots (a few inches under the knee) are the easiest to carry off with short skirts.
·         The nude look - Show off the rewards of step classes and waxing sessions with bare legs and boots. Or fake perfect legs with self-tanner or leg makeup.
·         Socks - Display your playful side with over-the-knee socks. Only for the young (under 20 and adventurous!)
·         Patterned leg wear - Add soft texture to pantyhose with subtle patterns for a ladylike look; fishnets for funk or bold graphics for a nice feel.

Remember, if you have it, flaunt it! So, if you have the knock-out legs, go for the mini; nothing is more beautiful than a sexy woman in a sexy mini!
