Physical Problems Women Encounter With Sex

Many women experience sexual problems, particularly with orgasm. A woman may be unable to move from the plateau phase into orgasm, which may be very frustrating. She may be able to climax easily from masturbation, but does not do so because of intercourse.

This is now thought to be perfectly normal, and may in fact apply to a sizeable proportion (a third or more) of all women. Problems with orgasm when with a partner can sometimes be because the women or the partner does not know how best she can be sexually stimulated to the point of climax, and a straightforward sex manual can usually help the couple out of this problem. However, there are a number of physical factors that can lead to sexual problems, and these could be considered before a couple goes on to seek psychological help with any sexual difficulty.

 Libido is the interest in or our need for sex, so it is obviously a prerequisite of enjoyable sexual activity. However, there are a number of simple problems that can lead to a decrease in libido, and these are often easily rectified.

Many women report that they have little interest in sex immediately after the birth of a child. This may be a result of the change in hormone levels during and after pregnancy, but it may also be caused simply by physical tiredness.

The Pill can also reduce libido. This is a relatively uncommon effect, and may be easily solved by a change of Pill, of trying a different kind of contraceptive. Once again, it is they change in hormone levels that is said to be responsible.

The menstrual cycle can be accompanied by changes in the level of sexual interest. This should not present a problem once the woman and her partner have understood and accepted these ebbs and flows and their cyclical changes. A small minority of women, however, will experience loss of libido because of hormone deficiency or imbalance that is quite independent of the menstrual cycle, and this needs treatment.

Physical difficulties with arousal and intercourse can also occur because of pregnancy and childbirth. The vagina may be very tender after giving birth, and intercourse should not be attempted until all stiches have healed completely.

Once vaginal soreness has disappeared, (this may take three weeks or more) intercourse can take place as usual.

Painful intercourse needs medical investigation and treatment, as it may indicate gynaecological problems, such a cysts on the ovaries or an infection inside the uterus. 

Tips on Reducing Cellulite

Its not just overweight people (especially women) that suffer from cellulite, according to Fitness magazine reports, nearly 90 percent of all women have cellulite. Cellulite is the bumpy, crumpled skin that shows up most commonly on the thighs and rear. Though there is no real cure for cellulite, there are several ways to make it temporarily disappear.

How does cellulite develop?

Beneath the surface of our skins we have a fatty tissue that sits on a firm layer of collagen connective tissue.  Before cellulite shows up, the outer surface of the skin is smooth and supple (no bumps and no ridges).  The fatty tissue beneath the skin is also smooth which causes no bumps to show. The fatty layer just below your skin is (and remains) smooth and flexible as long as the fat cells remain strong, healthy and elastic inside.  

The dimply, bumpy texture we call cellulite begins to occur when the structure of the fat cells begin to weaken.  When the cell walls weaken, the cells begin to "sag" and this "sagging" is what accounts for the "orange peel" look of cellulite to develop.  The weaker the cells become, the worse the sagging and the worse the cellulite looks.

How to make cellulite disappear

Losing weight does not make cellulite vanish, but building muscle in the right places can make it look that way. When you are working out, add strength training to your workout, and look for exercises that build muscle in areas where you have cellulite. Adding muscle in those spots will make your skin look tighter and firmer.

Creams containing caffeine are known to make cellulite vanish for a few hours. Caffeine tightens your skin, while the strong rubbing you use to apply it increases blood flow to minimise lumps and bumps. Unfortunately this is a short term fix so you will need to reapply the cream later in the day if you want to keep cellulite hidden for the evening.

Your skin will respond better to cellulite treatments if you exfoliate first, it is important that dead skin cells do not get in the way of ingredients trying to enter cellulite-prone areas. Though you can use a scrub, a natural-bristle brush is very good as it allows you to rub vigorously over the cellulite-dimpled areas of your skin before your shower.

This deep-tissue massage makes cellulite temporarily disappear. It does this by breaking up the lumpy sections of fat into a smoother mass.

It is said that increased circulation makes cellulite less noticeable. By doing deep knee-to-chest stretches three times a week you can help reduce cellulite lumps.

That first kiss!

My very first kiss... yes, I remember it well. He had been visiting my family that Sunday afternoon into the early evening. It was in the middle of winter and it was very cold.

Time finally came for him to return to his family a couple of blocks away from where I lived. He put on his coat and we stepped through the door onto an uncovered porch. The window in the door was all steamed up from the heat within so no one could see us outside except as a blur. When we stepped outside, we found that is was pouring down snow in very large flakes and starting to gather on the ground.

As we were standing there watching the snow, we turned toward each other, no words had been spoken, as if the snow had taken away our ability to talk. We looked into each others eyes and still without saying a word, we stepped toward each other, we embraced and then our lips met; soft, warm, moist a totally sensual moment, but being so young, we had only the vaguest idea what sensual was. Our lips stayed together a long time, the snow falling in these huge drops around us and on us.

Finally we parted and we both knew that it had finally happened for both of us. Our First Kiss. Unforgettable.

Is She Attracted to You?

Men often wonder whether women are attracted to them, mainly because women are much more subtle than men when it comes to showing their attraction towards someone.

Here are the ways women may show that they like you:

1. When She Wants to Speak to You:

·      She will point her feet in your direction when standing up.

·      She may smile, or look away embarrassed, when holding eye contact.

·      She jerks her leg in your direction if sitting down with legs crossed.

·      She adjusts her posture - sitting up straighter and holding in her belly.

 The 'married' always want lovemaking to be a way to present love and not to see it as a task. As long as the couple enjoy each other, the bonding is strong and the understanding levels are also high so lovemaking is indeed the best way to express love after marriage.
