How to be Sensual

1. Your lips are a great asset; use it! Either suck the lips or bite the lower lip with teeth as a sensual gesture. For more sensual affect, apply Red lipstick is always a winner – it makes the lips look glossy, juicy and fuller. Sexy red lips are appealing to the eyes.

2. Your body language is a tell-tale of your comfort levels. It is important to relax and keep the body language flexible. The correct body language is a sensual gesture to show signs of physical affection.

3. Show off that beautiful cleavage in a deep V-neck top or dress. Remember, breast size does not matter! This will excite your man and bring him close to you! However, never be slutty – whatever you show, let be still feminine.

4. Play with your hair, whether it long or short hair. This is most commonly used sensual gesture to attract a man. You can simply play with the strands of your hair and get his attention. This also impresses a man and makes him fall for you. Wet hair can add more appeal to the sensual expression. This is mainly because men love wet hair of women and the water drops falling on the shoulders can drive them crazy in seconds!

The mighty carrot

Carrots are an excellent restorative food if you are feeling run down or convalescing, and for correcting nutritional deficiency, such as anaemia, and keeping tooth decay at bay. Highly nutritious, carrots are rich in vitamins A, B, and C, Beta-carotene, and in iron, calcium, potassium, and sodium.

Carrots have long been associated with sharp eyesight, but are also famed for regulating intestinal activity and relieving constipation and diarrhoea. Carrots stimulate the appetite and can relieve wind, colic, intestinal infections, peptic ulcers, and hemorrhoids.

A carrot juice fast for one or two days is a great detoxifying therapy for the liver. Carrots’ diuretic effect relieves fluid retention and soothes cystitis. They help counter the formation of kidney stones, and relieve arthritis and gout.

Their expectorant properties help expel mucus from the chest in coughs, bronchitis, and asthma, while the antiseptic effect helps resolve infections. Research has confirmed carrots’ folk use as a circulatory remedy, protecting against arterial and heart disease, preventing hardening of the arteries, an increasing haemoglobin and red blood cell counts. Eating two or three carrots, a day can lower blood cholesterol by more than 10 per cent. Beta-carotene has been shown to inhibit cancer, particularly that related to smoking, and the antioxidants hep to slow ageing.

You can use grated raw carrot in a poultice, as an antiseptic, and to speed healing of wounds, varicose ulcers, burns, whitlows, boils, abscesses, and styes. Carrot broth can heal chilblains and chapped skin, sooth itching from eczema, and treat impetigo and cold sores.

Here is a quick carrot soup recipe:

Boil 0.5 kg (1 lb.) of fresh carrots in 1 litre (1.75 pints) water until soft, and then blend.

The keys to beauty

Here are the six broad areas that will cover your beauty needs:

Hair.: A good haircut and styling can make your whole look. Our society is multicultural, so we have a mixed definition of beautiful hair. Companies are now producing hair care products that are tailored to every type of hair. Whether you have curly, frizzy, straight, oily, or dry hair there is a hair care product line for you. There are hair colouring treatments, hair straightening treatments and perm products that available to take home. Even the men have colouring treatments to hide their grey hairs.

Men tend to have it easy when it comes to hair since most of them have shorter haircuts that do not require too much maintenance, but there is a huge demand for products related to hair loss. Even though hair loss affects women, genetically men deal with this challenge the most.

Skin: Is beauty synonymous with youth? If you look at skin care, you would definitely think so. As we age we lose moisture in our skin but the beauty of the skin can be restored by products that slough off the old skin cells and apply nanotechnology to penetrate the skin.

Fitness: True beauty does not mean you have to be razor thin but being fit and active is the cornerstone to a healthy body. Though dieting and weight loss get a lot of attention getting into a regular exercise routine will help you define the look of your body. Depending on your age and health, you can be as aggressive as you want in defining your exercise and fitness goals.

Cosmetics: Makeup can be used to enhance a person's appearance. As we age we definitely need that 'concealer' that we hardly used in our youth. Cosmetics can be a great tool to highlight our face but they can be very expensive and, in the wrong hands, can actually detract from our appearance, so use them wisely.

Nail care: Within the last 10 years, we have definitely seen a jump in the amount of nail salons. They cannot be missed at your local mall. Manicures and pedicures definitely can make you feel beautiful and pampered. The hands, in particular, stand out in your everyday interaction with others. Are you more apt to remember someone with a great manicure or not?

Fashion: Is it too late to wear white? 'Boot cut' or 'straight cut' jeans? Every morning we have to decide how and whether what we wear will affect how others think we look. We get our cues from the latest magazines and what people are wearing on our favourite shows. The creative among us can define their own styles.

If you want to look and feel beautiful, be sure to focus on these six keys to beauty and how they relate to you. Some of us may need more help in one area than another depending on what nature gave us, but we should always make the most of the beauty assets we have been given.

All Of You

The sound of your voice is music to my ear
So soft, sweet, and clear
The kiss from your lips words cannot explain
It takes away my worries and my pain
The caress of your hand sends shivers down my spine
Every day I thank God that your mine.

The sight of your lovely face takes away all my fears
You're the one I want to love throughout the years
For an eternity I want to spend in your arms
Every day graced by your beauty and your charms.

Beauty and Light

Beauty is all about light. We are constantly in search of glowing skin, sparkling eyes, and shiny hair. In fact, (as any movie star will tell you) much of what passes for external beauty is a carefully controlled mixture of reflection, absorption and shadow.

People with shiny, oily skin try to make it matte, absorbing light so pores also appear smaller. Powder is the most frequent remedy for shiny skin, and the finer the powder, the more likely your chances of applying it effectively. Cheap powders can cake, or may contain talc that irritates skin.

As women age, our skin tends to dry out, so older women are often concerned with achieving a slightly shiny finish, which can be done with powders or foundations containing mica. Unfortunately, mica can also irritate skin or create sparkle (not glow), which is all right in the evening, by candlelight, but looks garish in broad daylight. Best of all in achieving glow without sparkle or grease, is finding the right moisturizer. A good moisturizer combines water with some sort of lipid, which helps skin absorb the water and hold onto it. The most popular lipids these days come from the all-powerful soybean plant.

Aside from using the right cosmetics, there are a few things you can do in regards to light to increase your outer beauty. First of all, pay attention to the light in your house. Your bathroom or the room where you do your makeup should have strong, natural light. It plays hell with your ego, but you’re more likely to catch stray hairs or makeup mistakes before leaving the house, not after. Replace anything fluorescent with halogen track lights, use bright but soft-white bulbs in common areas, and make sure your reading lamp is bright but without glare, to prevent eyestrain.

If you’re going out for lunch and want to look your best, sit with the light behind you, and let the other person get the light in his or her face. You’ll get a halo, and your lunch partner will be temporarily blinded. Choose a shadowed spot over a bright window: it’ll keep the UV rays off your epidermis, defray crow’s feet for another month, and soften the focus.

Anytime you can opt for candlelight at dinner, do that. Which person in the world doesn’t look better by candlelight: its soft, flickering play softens features, tones uneven colors and hides a multitude of skin imperfections. (Why do you think the best restaurants are also the candlelit ones?)

The human brain needs light coming through the eyes in order to create and release optimal amounts of serotonin, an important chemical for brain functioning. Without enough serotonin, we become sleepy, slow and depressed. Our bodies don't metabolize the way they should, leading to weight gain. As research becomes more sophisticated, we begin to understand the importance of daily amounts of bright light for our mental and physical health.

Outdoor light, even on a rainy day, is approximately twenty times the amount of normal indoor light. Since most of us spend our days inside, the available light is drastically cut, resulting in depression, lethargy, and a craving for sweets that hits hard once or twice a day. It is possible to remediate the effects of inadequate light by purchasing a full-spectrum light, or by making an extra effort to get outside for an hour during the day.

Look how the contrast of light, enhances the beauty of this woman!

Eat for beauty

The term 'beauty comes from within' traditionally means that personality, kindness and compassion are just important as the way you look. If you're beautiful on the inside, you'll be beautiful on the outside too.

However, this common saying can also be taken to mean that beauty grows from what we put into our bodies, namely the food we eat.

We all know our diet contributes to our body weight but it's also intrinsically linked to our skin, hair and nails.

Without, drinking sufficient water and eating enough fruit and vegetables, we won't get the vitamins, minerals and fluids our skin needs.

No amount of face creams and serums can compensate for a poor diet.

But it's important not to go overboard with your diet. The key is a healthy, balanced diet... one that you have more than a remote chance of maintaining.
